What assessments are for
The packs only make sense if the assessments have somewhere to go. For most partners, they go to four places.
Open a conversation you cannot open otherwise.
An AQme® assessment and a 60-minute debrief is a complete, chargeable first engagement. It gives a prospective client something concrete about themselves in week one, which is a different starting position from a proposal.
Run them inside the work you already sell.
If you deliver leadership programmes, coaching cohorts, change support or team offsites, AQ becomes the measurement layer underneath. Same engagement, more evidence, a clearer before and after, and a reason to measure again.
Resell them.
Once certified and on our Elevate Partner Membership, you buy assessments at 30% below list. On Amplify Membership, its 40%. The margin on each resold assessment is yours, on top of whatever you charge to debrief it.

Frequently asked questions
When does the cohort actually run, and what if the dates do not suit me?
The course releases Tuesday 24 November at 14:00 UK time. The live sessions are Tuesday 1 December at 14:00 for 1.5 hours, Tuesday 8 December at 14:00 for 3.5 hours, and Thursday 10 December at 14:00 for 3.5 hours. Everything is recorded. If those dates do not work, you can move to any cohort in the first half of 2027 at no cost, and nothing about your pack changes.
Do my assessments expire?
No. They sit in your account and you use them when you have clients to use them with.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Three months at 0% interest through PayPal, and Klarna and other third-party options at checkout. Choose your plan on the payment page.
I missed part of the session. Can I see the replay?

What do I need before I can use AQ with a client?
Level 1 certification and your assessment credits, both of which are in the pack. Partner Success walks you through placing the first ones in your second 1:1 session.
Do you provide white-labelled workshop decks with the Foundation Certification?
Yes. We include the Discover AQ workshop deck, white-labelled for you to use with your clients.
What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2, in one line?
Level 1 certifies you to assess and debrief individuals. Level 2 unlocks teams through AQteam®, plus Advanced Insights reports and the licence to design and lead workshops and simulations for organisations.
Should I just do Level 1 now and Level 2 later?
You can, and plenty do. It costs more in total, and you go through onboarding twice. If you already know you want to work with teams, the Professional Pack is cheaper and faster than doing it in two steps.
How much time will the certification take?
Level 1 is three live sessions across two weeks plus self-paced work around client commitments. Level 2 runs longer and includes a live case study with real data.
Do I get ICF credits?
Yes. Level 1 carries 20 hours of ICF CCE, 9 in Core Competencies and 11 in Resource Development. With Level 2 that rises to 40 hours in total, 22 Core and 18 Resource Development.
What happens right after I pay?
You get a confirmation, your account and credits are set up, and you receive the cohort joining details. Onboarding opens on 24 November. Between now and then, Partner Success will reach out to book your first 1:1.
